Who is the Approver?

Scathan The Approver acts as the universal law keeper of this word and universes. Whenever he's around it usually means something requires his approval or say so in the matter. Once he has approved or disapproved of something its final and there are no ifs and or buts, so there will be no need for debate on the matter.

He can appear anywhere he wishes and is not bound by the rules that apply to everyone else since he doesn't fight at all unless it is required of him. He simply gives a Yes or No response and that's all. He is also the only one you can go to, to gain a Gods favor or obtain one; this is no other way of doing so at all and any attempt to do so will result in death or jail time.


Power Set

While he doesn't fight unless it's needed, Scathan does possess powers that surpassed everyone and anyone since he's the only one that is Omnipotent, Omniscient and Omnipresent and all other Omi variations.
