Changes coming

There will be a few changes to the site in a few hours, these changes will be for the betterment of everyone since they're meant to help everyone; these changes will be made to a few rules and guidelines as well as areas and locations. Each change will be for the better truth be told and because things aren't going as expected with certain things so they must be fixed around to work properly.

There will also be a change to the powers and abilities to better help people fit into the fold, however, the core of the powers and abilities system won't be changed itself. Also, the 5th dimension will undergo some change as well for a few reason but mostly to make sure its clear to everyone what it does and how they can get things from it and how they can be cut off from it at the same time.
